Job summary

The Michaels Companies Beaverton Evergreen store is hiring a part-time Service Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, store recovery, participating in BOPIS and SFS processes, maintaining safety, and supporting company SOPs while remaining positive and helpful.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand and perform stocking and unloading tasks.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products and solutions.
• Provide fast checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store presentation with planograms.
