Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Store Supervisor/Manager-on-Duty to lead daily operations, training Ambassadors, and ensuring outstanding donor and customer experiences. You will partner with the Site Manager to drive sales, safety, and efficiency while overseeing cash handling and opening/closing duties.
The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and proficiency with POS, Outlook, Excel, and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
