Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping and donation experience that keeps our stores running efficiently and supports our community programs.

You’ll provide excellent service, operate cash registers, sort and price donated goods, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
• Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.
• A strong commitment to Goodwill’s mission and RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).

Responsibilities
