Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Incident Documentation in Levittown, PA. You will provide security, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence at a retail location.

The role requires a valid driver's license, commitment to customer service, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Pay is $16.50 per hour with daytime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• License may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
