Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail property including common areas and parking.
• Observe and report hazards and policy violations to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and incident documentation.
