Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Coordination in Seattle, WA to protect client locations and provide exceptional customer service. The role focuses on unarmed security, access control, and proactive incident response in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, and other policy violations.
• Document observations, incidents, and completed patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
