Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with de-escalation and document incidents.
