Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Credential Validation in Seattle, WA. You will monitor and protect tenants and visitors, maintain a visible presence, and support access control across a commercial real estate site.

Qualifications

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
CPR certification preferred.
Alarm panel experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity while following site-specific entry and credentialing procedures.
Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns in accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
