Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Customer Service Patrol in Christiansburg, VA. You will protect clients in a retail environment, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a visible security presence across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and license eligibility as applicable.
• Computer or tablet proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of the retail location and adjacent areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and incident documentation.
