Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience performing patrols and security procedures.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity per procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and report to Allied Universal supervision.
