Qualifications

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Applicants subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols in the luxury retail location.
• Assist with access control, visitor and vendor verification, and monitoring of restricted areas.
• Deter theft and report observations promptly.
