Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail common areas, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report hazards or violations according to site procedures.
• Document daily activities and incidents in required reports to maintain a welcoming environment.
