Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Observation in Beverly Hills, CA. You will monitor and safeguard clients in a luxury retail setting, maintaining a visible, service-oriented presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a full-time role with daytime hours, you will report incidents, conduct patrols, and document actions while upholding post instructions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a luxury retail location while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report issues to management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post instructions.
• Conduct regular patrols of floors, stock areas, entrances and perimeter.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for leadership.
