Syntax seeks a Pre-Sales Retail Principal Consultant to lead SAP-based solution design for retail clients. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and subject-matter experts to create compelling proposals and narratives that drive transformation journeys.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP and retail knowledge, strong coaching and client-facing skills, and a track record of shaping wins in complex enterprise environments. This role offers global exposure and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP consulting or solution-architecture experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of retail business processes and omni-channel commerce.
• Proven ability to shape solutions and influence client decisions.
• Experience creating proposals, presentations, and solution artifacts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across sales, delivery and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions with retail clients to capture objectives and needs.
• Design SAP solution strategies tailored to retail requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals, SOWs, and narratives.
• Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with industry insights.
• Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and executive discussions.
• Ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
