Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Retail Sampling Experience Intern for Summer 2027. You will support evaluating Springs' product sampling in retail environments and identify opportunities to transform sampling into a selling tool.

The role involves benchmarking competitors, exploring swatching programs, and cross-referencing sampling with adjacent categories to improve consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function.
• Preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level in a 4-year degree.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a structured evaluation of the physical product sampling offered by Springs.
• Benchmark best-in-class sampling from competitors.
• Turn the physical sample into a selling/decision-support tool.
• Evaluate and leverage the swatching program to maximize in-store experience.
• Evaluate all sampling at retail and cross-reference to adjacent categories.
