Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking an Experiential Marketing Specialist to design and maintain best-in-class experiential tools for dealer brands. You will manage sample books, align with brand strategy, and lead new tool development while leveraging new technologies to enhance the customer experience.

Own the sampling program for assigned brands from specification to launch and retirement.
Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Channel Marketing, and Product Management to support launches and promotions.
Coordinate with Creative Services, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate tools.
Develop and maintain sample book assets, incorporating new technologies and innovations.
Manage budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality experiences for dealers and retailers.
