Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is offering a Dealer Business Operations & Analytics Internship for Summer 2027. The role focuses on supporting dealer experience programs, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading North American window coverings company.

You will gain hands-on experience in analytics, dashboard development, reporting, process documentation, and communications to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Interest in partner/channel strategy and incentive design
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of Concierge team dashboards and reporting tools in Smartsheet.
• Create account scorecards and performance reports for Concierge representatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify product attachment trends and business opportunities.
• Generate monthly opportunity lists highlighting missed milestones and account growth potential.
• Maintain and enhance Inside Sales communications, presentations, and training materials.
• Assist in documenting processes and developing SOPs and work instructions to improve operational efficiency.
