Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct a structured evaluation of the physical product sampling offered by Springs.
• Benchmark best-in-class sampling from competitors.
• Turn the physical sample into a tool that helps close the sale.
• Evaluate the swatching program for in-store consumer experience.
• Cross-reference all sampling at retail with adjacent categories like cabinets and countertops.
