Job summary

Doors and Beyond in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Sales Associate who enjoys helping people turn a project into something they are proud of. You will work with showroom visitors and online inquiries to understand projects, read blueprints, prepare quotes, and present products to close sales.

Role involves CRM management, follow-up, and occasional show participation. Competitive weekly pay with commissions, plus health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail, showroom or B2B sales experience.
• Comfortable with numbers, measurements and a CRM.

Doors and Beyond sells premium doors, windows and wall panels to homeowners, designers and builders. We help customers from first visit through installation. We're looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys helping people turn a project into something they're proud of.

What you'll do

• Work with showroom visitors, callers and online inquiries to understand their project and recommend the right products
• Read blueprints, floor plans and door schedules, and prepare accurate quotes
• Put together product presentations and follow up until each project is decided
• Manage your customers and pipeline in Zoho CRM
• Support customers after the sale with order updates and service issues
• Keep the showroom clean, organized and ready for customers
• Represent the company at expos and home shows when needed

What we're looking for

• Retail, showroom or B2B sales experience

Pay and benefits

$800 – $1,200 per week base pay ($41,600 – $62,400 per year), based on experience

Plus monthly commission on sales

Schedule

Monday to Friday 10 AM – 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM. Sunday is by appointment only, on a rotating
