Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Retail Sales Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot and repair customer devices in our retail stores, while delivering award‑winning, personalized service. You will be the face of Asurion and help customers with our products through a focused service approach.

Join a team that values training, growth, and uncapped incentive potential, with a flexible schedule including weekends. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, plus unlimited sales and repair incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test).
