Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Sales for Store #67 in Mineral Wells, TX. You will manage the POS, assist customers on the sales floor, and help maintain an attractive store appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements include at least 1 year in customer service or a related setting, basic math skills, and familiarity with POS and pricing systems. Flexible scheduling is preferred with the store open seven days a week from 8 AM to 7 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience interacting with the public or working in a team.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read and write.
• Operate POS, credit card terminal, and pricing system.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately.
• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Assist customers on the sales floor to locate and select merchandise.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and restock depleted merchandise.
• Perform cleaning and other duties as needed; open availability preferred.
