Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring a Retail Team Member Sales - PT to assist customers, operate the POS, and keep the floor inviting. You will help customers find products, ring up sales accurately, and maintain clean, organized aisles.

The role requires friendly, reliable service and availability across a broad schedule. Responsibilities include stocking, greeting customers, handling payments, and supporting store operations while upholding EEO standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting with public interaction.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading and writing.
• Ability to operate computerized equipment (POS, pricing system).
• Ability to meet quotas and make pricing decisions based on product quality.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.
• Open availability (7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM).

Responsibilities

• Manage POS and credit card terminal accurately; handle cash.
• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Restock, tidy the sales floor, and maintain appearance.
• Ensure efficient daily store operations and basic cleaning.
