Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member Sales for Store #65 Basswood in Fort Worth, TX. You will operate the POS, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, basic math skills, and ability to work flexible hours (store open 8 AM to 7 PM). Competitive hourly rate is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience interacting positively with the public.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math and able to read/write.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Assist customers on sales floor to locate merchandise and restock as needed.
• Maintain overall appearance of the sales floor and perform cleaning tasks.
• Open availability preferred; store operates 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM.
