Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive customer experience in their assigned area. You will greet customers, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.

Responsibilities include assisting with price changes, fronting shelves, and supporting cash register operations when needed. You will help with merchandise resets and promote our customer loyalty program and other initiatives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Previous retail or related experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all customers and provide best in class service.
Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
Maintain sales floor readiness with clean shelves, displays and kick plates.
Assist with in-store price changes including regular, clearance and sale prices.
Perform nightly recovery by fronting shelves, sweeping and cleaning and filling products.
Train on cash register functionality and assist with cash register when needed.
Assist with merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and freight flow coordination.
Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card and other initiatives.
