Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide a positive customer experience in the assigned area. Duties include greeting customers, keeping merchandise stocked, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Training in cash register operation is available to assist when demand requires.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and prior retail experience is preferred. Lifting up to 50 lbs and ladder access are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers with Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain clean sales floor including shelves, displays, and kick plates.
• Assist with price changes (regular, clearance, sale).
• Fronting, facing shelves, sweeping and cleaning to recover the department.
• Assist with cash register operations when needed.
