Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive customer experience in their assigned area. You will greet customers, maintain product displays, assist with price changes, and support checkout operations as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs with some retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items in stock.
• Maintain sales floor readiness and cleanliness.
• Assist with price changes: regular, clearance, and sale.
• Front shelves through nightly recovery, facing and cleaning.
• Train in cash register functionality and assist at checkout as needed.
• Assist merchandise resets and display maintenance.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and card initiatives.
