Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items in stock.
• Maintain sales floor readiness with clean shelves, displays and signage.
• Assist with price changes including regular, clearance and sales prices.
• Perform nightly recovery of departments: fronting, facing, sweeping and product filling.
• Assist with cash register operations if needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets and visual display maintenance.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program.
