Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive and efficient customer experience in the assigned area. Greet customers, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean retail floor while assisting with pricing changes and promotions.

The role involves handling cash when needed, promoting the Fleet Rewards loyalty program, and supporting merchandise resets and displays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with scheduling flexibility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps and sale items stocked and organized.
• Maintain clean sales floor and visibility of merchandise.
• Assist with price changes and promotions.
• Support cash register operations when needed.
• Assist with merchandise resets and visual displays.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and loyalty program.
