Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader in Mebane, NC to partner with the Store Team Leader in developing and executing the business strategy and daily store operations.

You will train and coach a team of sales associates to deliver an unforgettable guest experience while meeting sales goals and upholding AEO brand standards. You will lead by example, motivate your team, recruit and develop talent, and maintain visual standards across all zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales results.
• Understanding of employment law is a plus.
• Ability to train and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
