Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop the team to meet AE customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs and provide outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching, perform development plans and performance reviews to drive engagement.
• Execute daily operations and maintain visual standards across all store zones, including fitting rooms.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and AE policies and procedures.
