Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented (service or retail) industry.
• Experience leading and developing people, preferably in a retail environment.
• Experience in customer service, problem-solving and conflict handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Sales floor team to secure a consistent product range presentation and customer shopping experience.
• Drives sales by ensuring co-workers have product knowledge and resources to actively sell.
• Hires, onboards and trains co-workers; creates development plans to secure succession.
