You will partner with the Store Team Leader to implement business strategies, coach staff, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience that meets brand standards.

You will recruit and train talent, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure visual and operational excellence while upholding store safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate a team.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of employment law.
• Flexible availability to support guest shopping hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty, maximize productivity in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold service standards and brand values.
• Provide real-time feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Maintain visual standards and safe, asset-protected store operations.
