Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Colorado is seeking a full-time Sales Leader (LOD) to support the Store Leadership Team, manage daily operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll drive KPI results by maximizing in-store productivity and leading the team on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach associates to uphold AE’s service standards, celebrate performance, and maintain brand visuals. This hands-on role values integrity and teamwork.
