Job summary

Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Brea Mall location. The role partners with the store manager to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain visual standards while controlling costs and protecting assets. This position requires flexibility, strong communication, and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop their professional skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing employees.
• Assigns employees to tasks and schedules work hours.
• Oversees merchandise display and presentations.
• Coordinates restocking from warehouse to floor.
• Ensures staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
