Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and schedules staff following payroll guidelines.
• Oversees merchandise presentation and restocking from warehouse to floor.
• Ensures staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the store manager.
