Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialty environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with relationship-building.
• Ability to train staff and foster professional development.
• Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physical activities include bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and schedules work hours following the payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with company communications and visual standards.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
