Qualifications

• Current State Optician License.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Creates exceptional customer experiences and provides urgent, accurate service.
• Demonstrates product knowledge; explains lens and frame features and benefits to customers.
• Leads optical operations in partnership with Store Management to identify Rx expansion opportunities.
• Fosters learning so team members become experts in Oakley optical products and services.
• Builds relationships with the local community to attract new customers.
• Troubleshoots issues and resolves customer concerns promptly and effectively.
