You will lead a team to meet sales targets, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while coordinating with store managers and corporate stakeholders. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to reach sales targets and service standards.
• Assist in training and developing the sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues promptly and courteously.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales staff, and store management.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and inventory tasks.
• Be flexible and take on tasks beyond the role when needed.
