Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business results through customer experience and operations.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with customers.
• Restock, back-of-house operations, and store maintenance as directed.
• Uphold visual merchandising directives and brand image.
• Oversee cash wrap, POS procedures, tills reconciliation, returns and gift cards.
• Assist customers in finding best fit for their needs and style.
• Demonstrate product knowledge during selling.
• Participate in trunk shows and in-store events.
• Maintain a customer- and team-focused environment.
• Monitor sales goals and store performance; adhere to policies.
• Ensure retail floor is clean and presentable.
