Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years of retail experience, and 3 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Tableau are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the store team through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure the retail store is accurately staffed and schedule development.
• Lead sales floor and guest engagement initiatives and role model Living Spaces practices.
• Drive development training and ensure completion of daily task lists.
• Address escalated guest situations and provide resolutions.
• Analyze data to assess departmental focus and performance.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture through servant leadership and engagement.
