Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to train staff and develop team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of sales performance and results.
• Assists store manager in training and supervising employees.
• Assigns tasks and helps schedule hours per payroll guidelines.
• Ensures displays, merchandise prep, and presentations meet standards.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
