• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptability.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service and conversion.
• Focus on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to change or additional duties.
• Remain available and support an engaging environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Peer coach team on behaviours to win and deliver results via feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
