Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication skills, organization, and adaptability.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflict.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Foster an exceptional store experience with consultative selling and total solutions for customers.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes; perform other duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM and delegate where needed.
• Peer coach the team on behaviors to win and deliver results through feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
