Staples, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations. You and the team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Hiring immediately and offering flexible hours to fit store needs. You will be responsible for coaching the store team, directing weekly sales and merchandising activities, and supporting a high-energy environment with strong customer

Formación

• Flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Support an engaging store environment and complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Collaborate with the GM on operational tasks and delegation.
• Provide feedback and role-play coaching to improve team performance.
