Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring for Retail Sales Supervisors to engage customers, drive sales and lead front-of-store operations. You'll work with the store team to increase conversions, provide complete solutions, and deliver an exceptional store experience. Hiring immediately and offering a development path.

Roles include coaching peers, directing weekly merchandising, and supporting the GM with daily operations. Flexible hours may be available, with a focus on customer service and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to direct the team and deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks in the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win and deliver results.
