Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Effective communication skills and organization.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and handle conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Direct the team to deliver a great customer experience in all store areas.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changing duties as assigned.
• Assist with daily merchandising and sales tasks in partnership with the GM.
