Staples, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front‑of‑store operations. You and the team will focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Hiring immediately with a potential in‑person interview after applying. Roles include coaching the store team, managing weekly merchandising, and directing floor activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Flexible schedule availability.
• 1+ year in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience coaching or supervising a team.

• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and be on foot for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer coaching to the store team to improve customer service, sales, and conversions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising tasks to drive performance.
• Fulfill Floor Leader duties, guiding staff to deliver a great in‑store experience.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changes as needed.
• Perform daily merchandising and sales tasks and assist with operational duties with the GM.
• Encourage an engaging, customer‑first environment and deliver results.
