Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations. You will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while engaging customers to provide total solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide peer coaching and support to store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
Deliver an exceptional store experience with consultative selling and total solutions to customers.
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities and lead floor operations as a Floor Leader.
Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing priorities; perform other duties as assigned.
Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks; assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
