Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to handle conflict in a cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity with customers and business info.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and delivering total solutions to every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver great customer experience across all store areas.
• Champion company initiatives and be flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks and delegate operational duties with the GM.
• Coach teammates on behaviors to win and deliver results through role playing and feedback.
