Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Supervisor in Irvine to partner with the store manager, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and protect assets. The role focuses on coaching the team, optimizing store performance, and delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will oversee staff, schedules, and merchandising, while ensuring compliance with policies and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees in the execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to specific tasks and assists with scheduling work hours following the payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with company communications by overseeing the preparation of merchandise, displays, and presentations.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
